PROCESS

1. IDENTIFY A PRICING PACKAGE.

2. SELECT TEAM OR TEAMS THAT WILL RECEIVE THE DONATION.

3. CONNECT XTECH’S JACK MARA WITH A REPRESENTATIVE (COACH, EQ MGR., AD, ETC.) FROM SELECTED TEAM(S).

4. XTECH WILL EDUCATE TEAM REMOTELY ON PROPER SIZES/STYLES NEEDED.

5. COACH WILL FILL OUT XTECH’S “STOCK SIZING FORM” BASED ON HIS PLAYERS HEIGHT/WEIGHT/POSITION.

6. PRODUCT SHIPPED UPS GROUND TO DONOR/NFL FACILITY, TRACKING WILL BE PROVIDED.

PAYMENT / ACCOUNTING

1. ALL-IN QUOTE WILL BE PROVIDED TO DONOR FOR APPROVAL.

2. XTECH WILL PROVIDE INVOICE TO DONOR MARKED AS A “COVER-2 DONATION” TO THE BENEFICIARY.

3. DONOR WILL PAY XTECH DIRECTLY.

4. XTECH WILL PROVIDE A PAID RECEIPT AND ASSIST WITH BENEFICIARY PROVIDING A LETTER OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.

ON-PRODUCT DECAL / MEDIA

1. APPROVE COVER-2 DECAL FOR ON-PRODUCT PLACEMENT. 

2. INTERNAL TEAM OR 3RD PARTY MEDIA – XTECH CAN ASSIST OR BE ON-SITE WHEN APPLICABLE
